Under "Registration Options" on the application below, select Quantity - 1 before entering your info.
At the bottom of the application, select the number of booths you would like to register.
You will then have the option to pay immediately by credit card, or be invoiced and mail a check.

The Tomahawk Regional Chamber of Commerce is now accepting applications for the 42nd Annual Arts & Crafts Fair! We would be happy to receive your application for this event. This is one of the area's largest fairs and is traditionally very well attended. Again this year we will feature food vendors and a kid's bouncy house.
This is an outdoor event, rain or shine. Display booths are 12' x 12' and will be assigned to you on a first-come, first-serve basis when we have received your check or online payment. Electricity is available for a $15 fee. Non-electric spaces are in pods of four so everyone has a corner booth.

LOCATION: SARA Park Soccer Fields, 900 West Somo Ave, Tomahawk, WI
EVENT TIME: 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
SET UP TIME: 6 a.m. - 9 a.m.
COST PER BOOTH: Be sure to enter quantity of booths you would like to reserve at bottom of form!

Form must be filled out completely including the specific items you plan to sell at your booth and if you are an Independent Consultant. We will only accept one seller from specific home-based marketing companies on a first-come, first-serve basis. We reserve the right to refuse applicants who do not fit the criteria of an arts and craft fair as determined by our committee.
NO RAIN DATES and NO REFUNDS ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
Please arrange to be present for the full event time and do not begin to pack up or take down your booth until 3PM.
Booths are $75 each; electric is an additional $15
