An introduction to how one can connect with plants, trees, and places in a more reciprocal way. We often move through our environments as if we are the main character and the rest is a set. What if we could befriend and feel supported by the world beyond the human lens? This class is intended to hone our ability to perceive beyond the thinking mind, tuning into our clairsenses and sacred imagination. Through interaction with plant matter, guided meditation, rattle journeys, and journaling/ sketching, we’ll begin to map our individual nature support network. Meet at least two plant spirits, and have time to share and reflect upon our experiences together.
