Description

Celebrate the holidays at Treehaven with a delicious meal! Enjoy a gourmet dinner in our rustic dining hall and admire festive seasonal decor.

Doors open at 5 PM, and table service will begin at 6 PM. Beer and wine will be available for purchase starting at 5 PM (age 21+, cash only).

Choose from three entrée options:

Pan Seared Scallops with Butternut Squash Puree, Onion, Apple, and Candied Pork Belly (Gluten Free) - $45

Citrus and Port Wine Glazed Half Duck with Cranberry Relish, Wild Rice Pilaf, and Roasted Brussel Sprouts (Gluten Free) - $47

Roasted Cauliflower Gratin with Tomato and Goat Cheese (Vegetarian) - $35

Each entrée selection includes: Mixed Greens, Clementine Orange, and Feta Cheese salad with Walnut and Pomegranate Vinaigrette, and Chocolate Peppermint Crème Brulée dessert (GF).

Registration closes on November 22. Register on Eventbrite (subject to Eventbrite fees), or pay in cash/check at the door. If paying at the door, please call 715-453-4106 or email fcarvis@uwsp.edu to register. We will not be able to admit guests who have not registered prior to the event! If a minimum number of guests is not met, the event may be cancelled and any ticket purchases refunded.

Overnight accommodations are available upon request. Additional meals will not be included in overnight stays. If interested in staying overnight following the event, please contact us.

This event is not part of our Dinner and a Speaker series, and is a dining experience (featuring table service) only. Dinner and a Speaker events for 2025 will be announced by the end of the year.
