Submit a Tomahawk area photo for potential use in our 2023 Business & Recreation Guide!

If we are able to use your photo in our Guide, we will credit you on the photo with your name or, if you prefer, social media handle.

Photos MUST be taken BY YOU and of the Tomahawk area. We want to see woods, wildlife, water, and you having fun!

If your photo contains persons who are identifiable, we may contact you to obtain additional model release forms.

• At least 18 years of age
• The original owner of the photograph described and attached, or have all the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and submit to us
• Giving permission to the Tomahawk Regional Chamber of Commerce to use, modify, and edit your image/photograph in any current and/or future online or print publications, marketing materials or other materials produced by or for the Chamber
• Acknowledging you will not be entitled to royalties or any other compensation for use of this photograph
• Releasing rights to all claims, demands, and causes to action which you, your heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on your behalf of your estate have or may have by reason of this authorization
• Aware this does not guarantee inclusion in this or other publications
